Shipping policy

Processing Time

    •    All orders placed before 2 PM EST are processed and shipped the same business day excluding weekends and holidays.

    •    Orders placed after the cut-off time will be shipped the next business day.

Shipping Rates

    •    Standard Shipping (FREE): Delivered within 2–5 business days.

   

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Delivery Times

    •    Delivery times may vary based on your location and the carrier.

    •    While most orders arrive on time, please note that unforeseen circumstances (weather, carrier delays, etc.) may occasionally affect delivery. You will also need to sign for your package. Any orders over $100 will require a signature upon delivery.

Lost or Stolen Packages

S T A N D D is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. If this occurs, we recommend contacting the shipping provider directly to resolve the issue.
