Refund policy

We want you to love your purchase from STANDD. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Eligibility for Returns

    •    Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

    •    Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

    •    For electronics, items must be returned in original condition with all accessories and packaging intact.

    •  Returns maybe subjected to a 25% restocking fee, based of the conditions of the return.

How to Start a Return

    1.    Email our support team at info@standdofficial.com with your order number and reason for return.

    2.    Once your return is approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions.

    3.    Ship your item back within 7 days of receiving your return label.

Refunds

    •    Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method.

    •    Please allow 3–5 business days for the refund to appear in your account after processing.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll prioritize resolving the issue quickly with a replacement or refund.
